AI agent for production scheduling

Ask Lucie. She fixes it.

Stop digging through screens. Ask Lucie what's wrong, and she finds it, runs the optimizer, and shows you the new plan — before you've finished your coffee.

Meet Lucie

AI agents on top of a real mathematical optimizer — built for the production floor

  • Configured by agents — $0 base implementation
  • Full 4-week plan in under 3 minutes
  • SSO, role-based access, full audit log
01

Real mathematical optimization

A CP-SAT constraint solver builds your schedule from master data — routes, BOMs, station capacity, shift calendars — and optimizes for what you choose: fewer changeovers, OTIF, balanced load, makespan.

02

Visual Gantt timeline

Your entire schedule at a glance — color-coded jobs, capacity lanes, phase connections. Tell Lucie what to change or drag the bars yourself, from desktop, tablet, or phone.

03

What-if scenarios

Ask "what if order 92 jumps to today?" and compare KPIs side by side — OTIF, utilization, changeovers, makespan — before you commit. Name scenarios, tune priorities with sliders.

04

Connected to your ERP

Bidirectional sync behind an approval gate: a standard OData v4 connector for SAP S/4HANA and ECC, plus Oracle, Dynamics 365, TOTVS, Odoo, or CSV. Nothing writes back without sign-off.

Integrate with any System of Record

Lucie works with the systems you already run — a standard OData v4 connector for SAP, plus Oracle, Dynamics 365, TOTVS, Odoo, and plain CSV or Excel. Write-back always passes an approval gate.

Who it's for

Two kinds of floor. One scheduling brain.

Whether planning lives in your ERP or in a battle-worn spreadsheet, Lucie meets your floor where it is.

Enterprise · ERP-run plants

A layer above your ERP — reinforces it, doesn't replace it

Your ERP stays the system of record. Lucie reads master data, optimizes the schedule, and writes back only with sign-off.

  • Standard OData v4 connector for SAP S/4HANA and ECC — plus Oracle, Dynamics 365, TOTVS, Odoo
  • Every write-back passes a human approval gate
  • SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), role-based access, full audit log
  • Sandbox environment for testing and training
  • 200+ stations in a single plan

Retire the Excel board

If the plan lives in a spreadsheet that breaks by Tuesday, Lucie replaces it — without an IT project.

  • AI agents configure Lucie from your data — $0 base implementation
  • Start from CSV or Excel exports — no integration needed on day one
  • Ask what-if questions in plain language, compare KPIs side by side
  • Planners stay in control — approve, override, or drag the plan directly

Why now

Manual scheduling stops scaling at 500 orders a week

Below 50, a planner with Excel works. Above 500, every hour rearranging the board costs you margin. Here is what flips.

FAQ

Questions planners actually ask

Something else on your mind? Write to hello@lucieops.com

Is the schedule computed by a real optimizer, or is an AI guessing?

Both layers exist, and they're separate. The schedule comes from a CP-SAT constraint solver — mathematical optimization over your routes, BOMs, capacities, and shift calendars. The AI agents sit on top: they configure the model, run the solver, explain the result, and propose changes in plain language. The agent never invents a schedule — the solver computes it.

Does Lucie replace my ERP?

No. Lucie is a scheduling layer above your ERP — it reinforces it. Master data comes in through a standard connector or flat files, the optimized schedule goes back only through an approval gate, and your ERP remains the system of record.

How does implementation work?

After a diagnostic workshop with your planning team, AI agents build the base configuration — lines, equipment, calendars, constraints, changeover rules — directly from your data. That's why base implementation costs $0: there's no army of consultants to pay for.

What does Lucie cost?

Lucie is a SaaS subscription per plant, modular by capability. Pricing doesn't scale with users, lines, or stations inside a plant. Book a demo for a quote tailored to your operation.

How is our data protected?

Lucie runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is governed by SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC — validated with Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace), role-based access control, and a full audit log. Your data is exportable in full, on request.

Can planners override what the AI proposes?

Always. Lucie is human-in-the-loop by design: agents propose, a person approves before anything touches the production plan. Planners can also edit directly — drag bars on the Gantt, lock orders, or adjust priority weights.

What happens when the floor changes mid-shift?

Lucie re-optimizes on disruption — machine down, material shortage, urgent order. It detects the change, proposes a re-plan with the impact spelled out, and applies it when you approve. You set the threshold for what may auto-approve.

What languages does Lucie work in?

The product, alerts, reports, and support are available in English and Spanish — planners talk to the agent in either, the way they'd say it on the floor.
