Why a blog?
Planning is the quiet, invisible backbone of every factory and warehouse. When it works, nobody talks about it. When it breaks, everything else stops. We started Lucie because we watched too many schedulers burn out holding that backbone together with spreadsheets and willpower.
This blog is where we’ll share what we’re learning — from the shop floors we visit, the planners we listen to, and the AI research that keeps our scheduler sharp.
